I just started using this product. It is very pricey. But I have not used it long enough to see any results yet. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks. I don’t really know what I should expect to see in two weeks nor has the manufacturer explained what results I should see at this time.

I first wanted to take this because I once got an NAD shot at a spa and noticed I had much more energy. Just the thought of helping my cells rebuild themselves was something I could back, and I liked the fact that as you get older (65), there is something natural that you can take to help with all those aches and pains that a Dr will say it is because of age. I refuse to get OLD, or at least not feel old. I just wish every Dr could be on board with these kinds of treatments instead of giving you Pain pills or giving you nothing and you just have to deal with it.

Its a convenient way to get everything I want in one bottle. No problems so far though doseage is a little low for my needs and I usually take 3 to 4 caps daily to compensate. I've been using Renue for almost a year, and did some blinded self experiments with other brands of NAD+ precursors. Renue's NR product made me feel best and since then, started taking NAD+ complete. This stuff is truly amazing! My mom is almost 85 years-old and she started taking this a few months ago. I seriously did not know what was up with her. I believe it to be an outstanding product. I love the combination and that these essentials are liposomal. I know that clinical studies results demonstrate how beneficial and important they are. I take a modicum of various well selected supplements as desired and never notice any difference of any, but I know what clinical results prove of each. I get six to seven dozen lab tests done every six months which are always good, but my nurse practitioner came into the room of my appointment last week exclaiming, "Your lab results are awesome." I'm 88, blessed and pleased.

However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the pricing and shipping costs for customers in Europe. While the product itself is priced at €73.95, the additional costs for shipping (€63.95) and taxes (€34.48) bring the total to €172.38. This effectively more than doubles the price of the product, which can be a significant barrier for many European customers. This way, you are losing many potential customers. Helpful recovery from chronic stress
I went through a season of life (about 3 years) of increasing chronic stress where the third year reallytook me out. My hormones were out of whack, unexplained weight gain, and all sorts of issues that took a while to address. Through research I came across NAD+ and mitochondrial health (and dysfunction) as a precursor to so many symptoms. While I’ve made lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, FAR less stress, getting on NAD+complete has been a game changer and a huge turning of the corner for me. Nails, hair, energy, workouts (I’m 38), have all improved and I’m feeling SO much more like “me” than I have in years. NAD+ is popular among the biohacker crowd, but this can be a game changer for overall vitality. I don’t want to live forever, but I want to live a full life while I’m here and mid-30s was WAY too early to experience some of the decline I did. Highly recommend if you’re in a similar boat. Also, two capsules was far more effective than one, I started with one, but found my stride when I upped to two daily, first thing. Cons: the headaches for the first 2 1/2 weeks were terrible but they slowly went away, coffee makes me nauseous if I drink too much of it now or too soon after taking the pills, and despite feeling like I have more energy to do things, I’m also craving sleep a lot- want to stay asleep longer or go to sleep sooner. Not sure if that’s because my body wants to spend more time repairing or not. Overall, I’ve been enjoying them, and its benefits. I don’t mind switching to tea or drinking less caffeine. Looking forward to seeing if there are any other effects

I have been using this product for over a year now my health is really good for my age I'm 63 now I haven't really noticed any difference in anything but I tend to take care of myself anyways. I am using this cuz my friend he smokes and he was having problems with his feet and lower legs sensitivity, nerves and blood flow it made a difference in a couple of months. Hi. So where to start? I guess I’ll start with why I decided to purchase this product. For starters, I am 21 years old, and male. I am at a BMI of around 24, which is right around the end of “normal” body mass index scales for my height and weight. I have been working on my health, and my goal is losing weight to reach my target BMI of 21. Now, I had seen advertisements on TikTok and Reddit for the secret science revolving around NAD+ boosters n all that. I’m a one shoe at a time kind of guy. I suffer from depression, and had very low energy most days. I would feel tired and anxious because of things in my life that I didn’t like but still had to do. Work, social life, stuff like that. Well, this supplement for NAD+ Complete, has been an amazing game changer. I’ve started taking it about a couple months back, and at first, I didn’t know if it was working. I did start feeling more energetic, less anxious and I didn’t notice at the time but, I started losing weight faster too! I wasn’t sure if it was the NAD working its magic or if things were improving in my life. But there was a period where I stopped taking NAD+ for a week and I’ll tell ya, the difference was shocking. I started to feel tired again, and more anxious and my bad habits were taking hold of me again. I was eating junk food on the reg, and wasn’t dropping weight as quick as I was before. So it’s been another week and a half since I started taking the supplement again and wouldn’t you know? I feel happy and energetic! Honestly, this product really does work. You may be skeptical like I was, because every company of course wants to sell you something. When I was researching NAD+, lots of forums and conversations revolved around Renue by Science being the winner on NAD+ supplements. They provide you with the most information/science and I think that shows their care for these things. Now, strictly speaking, the benefits I’ve seen and felt are as follows. 1. Happier. My mood has been getting better and better. 2. Energy. I feel like I can do more through out my day without feeling worn out! 3. Skin and hair. My skin has been looking better, it feels more hydrated and I’ve also noticed small scratches from my cat heal quicker. My hair is also feeling more soft and my thicker, I don’t know if it’s from the supplement or my change in conditioning but thought I’d add it anyways in case. I’m sure there are more benefits but I’ve already wrote this much and I gotta go lol. But if you decide to try this product out yourself, you won’t regret it. Give it time and stick to it every day for at least 2-3 weeks. When you notice your mood or whatever was holding you back isn’t anymore, that’s when you know it’s worked.
